You can only benefit from pranayam

We only need to take out 25/30 minutes in a day for ourselves, preferably in the mornings and the benefits are never ending .
I had chronic allergy, sinus, bronchial asthma . Was always on medicines. I couldnt breathe without using nasal drops as I had a perpetual cold and blocked nose.
Along with this came food restrictions, dont eat this and dont eat that. It carried on for almost 15 years and my situation deterioting with each passing year.
Till I was introduced to pranayam in 2005 and I am a changed person.i havent had a single pill for asthma. Use of nasal drops as good as nil. And no more food restriction. I feel energetic, visible improvements on my skin and hair fall got restricted . I feel fresh and energetic. Something that medicines and antibiotics could never do. Changes were within 2 months.
God has given free oxygen to all, we just need to use it properly.

Agree. For me too pranayam works like meditation. When I look back I see a better me after I started pranayam.

Personally I feel that Pranayama is cleansing me internally. My concentration has increased and in fact it is helping me play better golf..
